For the second year, the Alaska Asthma & Allergy Conference will be held at the Alyeska Resort located at 1000 Alberg Drive in Girdwood, Alaska, a beautiful 40-mile drive southeast of Anchorage, along Turnagain Arm.

AAFA Alaska has negotiated a special room rate with the Alyeska Hotel: $179 + 12% tax + $10 resort fee. For reservations, call toll free 1-800-880-3880, or (907) 754-2111. To receive the special rate you must mention the Asthma & Allergy Foundation (AAFA). The discounted room block is reserved through August 7. Space is limited, so reserve early. Alyeska amenities include:

• Pool, hot tub and fitness center
• Trail system, tramway to 2300 feet, and many other recreatrional opportunities.
