Cost Notes
- The cost of registration includes Break snacks on both days, and Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday. Dinner is separate.
- Conference registration does not include the Dinner Symposium, however registrants are offered a 50% discount to attend. The Dinner Symposium is $25 for conference registrants. Reservations are required. Simply indicate that you will be attending the Dinner on the registration form. If you wish to have a spouse or friend join you for the Dinner please indicate this on the form as well. A guest seat is $50.
