Cost Notes
- The cost of registration includes Break snacks on both days, and Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday. Dinner is separate.
- Conference registration does not include the Dinner Symposium, which is $50 for conference registrants. The Dinner Symposium will feature "Travel Medicine" with Drs. Eric Meier, Melinda Rathkopf and Rosa Ten discussing medical missions to Peru, Africa and Vietnam. Those attending the Dinner Symposium will earn 1 additional CME/CEU. Reservations are required. Simply indicate that you will be attending the Dinner on the registration form. If you wish to have a spouse or friend join you for the Dinner please indicate this on the form as well. A guest seat is $50.
- Participants will receive a thumb drive with course handouts and presentation slides (one week prior, contact AAFA-Alaska for a code allowing thumb drive files to be printed). Paper copies of handouts/slides are available for an additional $30. Indicate this preference on the registration form.
